HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
We accept payments with all major Credit and Debit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal.
1) Take your time visiting our shop, www.nice-and-cool.com, and find the item(s) you'd like to order.
2) Click on the item and then you'll arrive at its product page.
3) Select the color/model, size and quantity you want.
4) Click on the 'Add to Cart' button.
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you've added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on 'Checkout' or 'PayPal' button at the bottom right corner of the page.
7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on the buttons on every next page: "Continue to shipping method" "Continue to payment method" and "Complete order" before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your order number.
HOW DO I ENTER MY PROMO/DISCOUNT CODE?
You will be given the opportunity to enter a PROMO code during check-out after you've entered your billing and shipping information.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We ship a lot of our products worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner of the planet. However not every product can be shipped securely anywhere. Contact us if you're in doubt.
If you already placed your order and shipping is not possible for your country we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you. If shipping is possible with special (usually more expensive) services, we'll let you know and wait for your decision.
I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I ENTER MY SHIPPING / BILLING ADDRESSES OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please double check your shipping and billing address or your credit card info. Our system runs a check through your banking institution to verify all information matches before your order can be processed. You may want to try re-typing your information to make sure it matches the proper format. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Order processing time is between 1-5 business days and is used to notice our distribution centers, to check your order for quality assurance, packing, printing of shipping labels and forwarding it to the shipping company for dispatch. Once an order has been processed, it will then be shipped out and a tracking number will be made available.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can track your order anytime by entering your order number and email address used when purchasing in the form you get to by clicking on Order Tracking in the footer on any page of the site. I COULDN'T TRACK MY ORDER
If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the USPS tracking site or your local shipping provider if you placed the order outside the US.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE SOMETHING ON MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel or alter your order at any time prior to the shipment, with no penalty! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If you'd like to add something to the order you will have to place a new order.
Once the order is shipped it is out of our control. If the order is already sent, you will have to send the item(s) back to us in order to receive a refund. Please note: We only give refunds if the item is unopened and unused. Do not remove any packaging from the product.
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, refer to the order confirmation email and once you double check if the address given to us is wrong, kindly notify us via email at email@example.com as soon as possible. If the order is already shipped, it is impossible to change the address anymore. No refund will be issued for the products sent to an incorrect given address and not received.
If the package was returned to us, you may request a reshipment attempt but you will be responsible for fees associated with additional shipment and delivery attempts. We will resend the order by request and only after an address verification is completed.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
WHAT IS THE USUAL SHIPPING TIME?
If you live in the United States your order will arrive in approximately 5-12 business days depending on where the product is shipping to.
International shipping might take 2-6 weeks depending on the location.
*Processing and handling can usually take 1-5 working days.
We are shipping securely with tracking number from several locations from the US and China and that's why it might take a minute or two for the products to reach you. We are grateful for your patience and promise to worth it.

Our shipping price is $4.99 flat rate worldwide for all orders under $50.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $50.
I ORDERED A FEW ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?
When you order multiple items at a time, for logistic reasons and for a faster delivery the orders with multiple items might be shipped from different distribution centers. You may receive one item before the next, so don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once.
PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED
All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes, we do.
We are proud of our product selection which is made with great care because we want you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and get a full refund (except the shipping cost). You can return items for up to 30 days from the date you receive it. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging (if applicable).
If the product you received is damaged, non-functional or significantly different from the description in terms of quality, we will cover the return shipping costs, if applicable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you picked the wrong product or size or you just don't want the product anymore.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS THAT WERE PURCHASED ON SALE OR WITH SPECIAL OFFERS?
We want you to shop with us with peace of mind. That is why, the sale items are, as well as retail products, eligible for returns and refunds. A 20% restocking fee will be applied for these products (of their discounted selling prices). The sale products are not discounted because they are low quality, refurbished or damaged. We are not selling such products! We simply choose to promote or clear-sale some of our products or we manage to get better deals with the manufacturers when we are selling higher volumes and because of very low or even negative margins, we can't afford even the restocking costs for these items.
Promotional or special offers (for ex. give away products for which you only pay shipping and handling costs) are not eligible for returns and refunds. These items are eligible for replacing if they are defective or damaged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please inspect your items and contact us within 5 business days time after receiving them, if they are faulty. Please send us an email at email@example.com with details and photo about the problem.
An exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Once we receive your order in our warehouse it will typically take up to 5 business days from the time that we receive your package for your payment to be refunded back to your account.
